The whole site is exclusively yours. We would love to host your group of up to 12 people. Six stylish Lotus Belle Tents sit on 25 acres land; a former pleasure garden with spring-fed lakes for wild swimming. The land links to a walled garden with a 21 ft yurt. A new shower room & well equipped outdoor kitchen, flushing toilets. South-facing & star-studded, the garden & land are inspirational.

What to Expect

For those who love nature and comfort. Plenty of space (25 acres), spring-fed lakes for wild-swimming or paddle-boarding.
Each luxury Lotus Belle is 4m and beautifully styled. Double beds with mattress toppers, single beds and flexibility in bed set-up. A short stroll to the upper leisure lake and the lower wildlife lake.

Follow the path for the door to the walled garden. A private, lush walled garden with outdoor kitchen. A comfortable 21 ft yurt to lounge in. Sofas, chairs, table, vinyl collection & turntable, bluetooth, wi-fi. The fully equipped kitchens have a fridge-freezer & dishwasher; 2 x planchas, oven and hob.

In the garden you will find contemporary outbuildings with monsoon-style copper shower and two flushing toilets. There is a further flushing toilet and shower-room nearby.

By the lakes there is a changing-room, lpg showers, storage for paddle boards. There is a compost toilet near to the Lotus Belle tents.

Walks from the door to ancient woodlands, bring your walking boots & your binoculars. We have compiled our favourite walking routes for you to explore including further wild swimming destinations.

We are currently working to enhance the land for wild-life, plant trees and improve the woodland area. There is a newly planted orchard and a swathe of oak trees planted on the hill at the top of the site extending the woodland area.

The Oakhill Inn, our favourite local, serves great food & is a 3-minute walk away.

Guest Access

Guests have dedicated parking and exclusive access to the Walled Garden during their stay. The walled garden houses a 21ft Yurt, Summerhouse, garden kitchen, dining areas, flushing toilets, shower room, utility sun terrace, further kitchen/ utility and garden. Guests can also enjoy the adjoining 25 acres including two lakes and an 18th-century grotto.

Other things to note

The site is on the edge of a village rather than in a remote setting. Low-level traffic noise can be heard.
